In addition to her leadership role, Consuelo proudly represents Attorney Mario Romero, specializing in personal injury law. She is a trusted advocate for individuals and families facing the aftermath of car accidents, slip and falls, and other injury-related incidents.

With years of experience in legal services and business development, Connie brings professionalism, empathy, and results-driven support to every connection she makes. Her mission is clear: to empower her community and ensure that those injured receive the maximum compensation they deserve.

Leslie Fletcher

Leslie Fletcher is a U.S. Air Force veteran, entrepreneur, and community builder whose leadership style is rooted in service, authenticity, and results. As the founder of NotWorking Inc.—a movement blending networking, pickleball, and travel—Leslie creates experiences that inspire connection, growth, and impact.

With more than 15 years in medical injury care, Leslie learned that listening often reveals more than speaking. His ability to quickly cut through the noise and understand what people truly need has made him a trusted professional and leader across every role he’s taken on.

His military service taught him that real leadership isn’t about giving orders—it’s about preparing others to lead. Leslie’s philosophy has always been to train replacements, not followers, ensuring that teams and communities thrive long after the first lesson or event.
